Originally a trail runner, she turned to cycling following an injury. What was supposed to be an alternative became a natural choice. The sensations returned, her desire grew, and the challenge presented itself.

In 2025, Pauline took part in the Race Across Spain 300 km. She won the overall classification. It was a victory as unexpected as it was groundbreaking.
